Random thoughts of random people,
Random is my delusion.
It's a truth or a lie l'm dealing with, Or its a cliche illusion.
Hard to believe, hard to forget, Nothing seems real,
I'm living in the flashblack of happytime,
Where memories are bitterly cruel.
I'm hungry, I'm paniced, I'm tired, I'm lost,
But why I feel nothing...?
I was loved, I was cared by, I was fullfilled,
But now why I remember all these things...?
I want to reach the farthest point where no eco could be heard,
I'm stucked in the land of charlatan's, where everyone has suffered.
I travel in thoughts a lot,
World map is just on the blink of my eye.
I live there the life I dreamt of,
A place where I don't want to die.
I enjoyed my ride there,
As if I was drugged,
When came to reality,
I realise my life is just fucked.
You will not understand how agonizing is my inner realm,
The one who is failed,
The one who is dumped,
The one who is lost,
Can only understand my mental asylum.

Welcome to the club, you are dealing with depression and anxiety. Lack of sleep, mood swings, irritation is common symptoms of you being depressed.
You might have different reasons for whatever you are going through, but when everything ended up with frustration. you should start worrying about yourself.
At a primary level when you start to feel it, consult your family, friends or loved ones. Sometimes word of your lovable person heals your pain quicker than medicine. If you're someone that didn't want to speak to anyone about your feelings. Start doing exercise and meditation it helps you mentally and physically. Half of the today's generation is dealing with same issues, so the rate of committing suicide is increasing day by day. When you're at a secondary level make sure you keep yourself busy with work or things you like to do. If you succeed in keeping yourself away from overthinking, you'll definitely running good. If you are unable, then you might enter the critical zone.

Zone where no matter how your surrounding is, no matter how fulfilled your life is. Everything happening around you irritates you. Even if it's your mistake and you know it, still you'll blame someone. someone's suggestion, words of appreciation may even make you anxious. Due to the lack of awareness regarding depression and anxiety people considered it as mental illness or something which can't be treated. But the truth is, it can be cured by taking some precautions and implementing some efforts. Everything is possible if you allow yourself to heal you. Allow your heart to share your pain by talking to your close ones. Allow your brain to stop its inner war by doing exercise. The human brain is capable of doing anything. If your willpower is strong, your dedication is consistent and your efforts are genuine, you can achieve anything.
